The Prosser Wine Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, commonly referred to as Prosser Wine. It was founded in 2014 to bring the wine community together for the health of the Prosser business community.

About this Role:

Prosser Wine is seeking a highly motivated individual to work with the Prosser Wine Board and support committees of Prosser Wine by facilitating administrative functions related to communication, organization, events, and public relations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adept at communicating, and has a passion for the mission of Prosser Wine!

Hours: 20-30 hours a month
Pay: $26-28/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage intraorganizational communication.
• Assist the Marketing Committee with executing the digital marketing strategy.
• Create brand awareness in partnership with the Marketing Committee.
• Promote the Prosser Wine brand.
• Support administrative functions of the Events Committee in organizing, communicating, and executing events.
• Organize and maintain a digital library to utilize in social media and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate Prosser Wine to member communications.
• Manage event postings.
• Manage board member communications.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in project management, marketing, or communications support roles.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Prosser community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated experience delivering results in collaboration with others and also independently.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with or passion for Prosser Wine.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Spanish or multilingual.
